- Product Info：
- TP-500S is hydroxyl-functional VC/VAc terpolymer (K~51, OH value 120±10, Tg 67 °C). Strong adhesion to aluminum, PVC, PET and wood; soluble in ketones, esters and aromatics. Crosslinks with PU, gives good pigment dispersion and chemical/water resistance. For PU shoe leather, auto plastics, gravure/PET inks and can linings.
- Properties:
- PU Reactive: OH groups crosslink with isocyanates for tough, chemical-resistant films.
- Multi-Substrate Grip: Excellent on Al, metals, PVC, PET, glass, wood, concrete.
- Wide Solubility: Dissolves fast in esters, ketones, benzene-type solvents.
- High Compatibility: Blends with acrylic, PU, NC, epoxy, alkyd systems.
- Stable: Non-toxic, flame-retardant; good water/salt-spray/acid-alkali resistance.
- Applications:
- PU Coatings: Shoe leather, synthetic leather, PU wood finish, auto plastic parts.
