- Improved grade of BR-80 thermoplastic acrylic (Tg 97°C, Mw 75k). High hardness with elasticity, good solubility and pigment dispersion. 100% solid resin, self-drying, weather resistant. For vinyl topcoats, aniline/gravure inks, ABS/PS plastic paint and PVC/PU leather treatment.
- Properties:
- Very Hard: Tg 97°C, scratch/mar resistant, keeps gloss.
- Elastic: Special monomer gives flexibility not typical for high-Tg acrylic.
- Good Grip: Strong on PVC, vinyl, ABS, PS, aluminum, wood.
- Easy Disperse: Low color (≤2), wets pigments fast, no flooding.
- Outdoor Stable: Excellent weather and UV resistance.
- Applications:
